Dallas Cowboys vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Postby Freddy Wills » Mon Dec 03, 2012 8:50 pm

Week 13 has wrapped up for the Dallas Cowboys, and we are starting to see signs of Dallas’ typical December breakdown as they almost lost to one of the worst teams in the league, the Philadelphia Eagles. Luckily, with DeMarco Murray back in the lineup along with Dez Bryant, Miles Austin and tight end Jason Witten the Cowboys were able to pull off the win.
This week they will be facing off against the Cincinnati Bengals (7-5) who are currently projected as the seventh seed for the AFC Wild Card game, while Dallas (6-6) are in the seventh seed in the NFC. Both teams need to win the rest of their games if they have any hope of continuing into the post season. This game will be a showdown between two desperate teams and probably a very entertaining match for those who like .

Dallas Cowboys

Tony Romo has many offensive weapons to choose from this week as his best teammates including DeMarco Murray who is back from a foot injury. Romo averages 296 passing yards per game and has thrown for 3660 yards this season. Dez Bryant is one of his most clutch receivers, while Jason Witten never disappoints. With receivers and rushers like these, many have interesting bets surrounding player performance. Defensively, the Cowboys are nearly identical with the Bengals. This is a game that will be won with constant attack from the offense.

Cincinnati Bengals

Although the Bengals are a very similar team compared to the Cowboys, the Bengals have a better running game thanks to former Patriot BenJarvus Green-Ellis. The running back has run for 885 yards this season for five touchdowns. That being said, do not count out Andy Dalton, as the sophomore quarterback has thrown for 24 receptions this season, mostly to A.J. Green.
As of right now, the Bengals are the favorites by three points, with a point total of 50. The high point total is a result of the lack of defense we are bound to see this Sunday. It will be a touchdown parade in Cincinnati that may come down to the final possession. Check out the latest for the best odds on early lines.
