Atlanta bullpen has been atrocious in the middle innings. This could become a major factor when the score is 2-1 or 2-2 in the middle innings and Maholm still being out there and Jurrjens on the pine. Atlanta has a lot of injuries too and Maholm hasnt faced these guys since 07, so most atlanta hitters havent seen him, which will make him more effective.
