Sports Betting – A Preview Of Saturday’s Wagering Ticket

The have probably had Saturday circled on the calendar since the NHL slate came out, as they face off with the team that beat them in the Stanley Cup finals for the first time. That is just one of many matchups to watch out for on a busy Saturday.

Super Bowl Betting

Bengals Texans Odds (4:30 PM ET): It’s not a to find Houston favored at home by a field goal in their first-ever playoff game against Cincinnati; the Bengals haven’t won a playoff game since 1990 and they also lost at home to the Texans by a point late in the regular season.

Lions Saints Odds (8:00 PM ET): Red-hot New Orleans is a 10.5-point favorite at home against Detroit, who lost at the Superdome later in the season and the Saints have covered every spread at home during the regular season.

College Basketball Odds

Duke Georgia Tech Odds (12:00 PM ET): No.5 Duke should be favored on the road, but players that use software know they’ve struggled away from home and are coming off an upset loss at Temple.

Georgetown West Virginia Odds (12:00 PM ET): The No.9 Hoyas edged Marquette at home on Wednesday, but they could be the underdogs on Saturday against a West Virginia team that is one of the best unranked squads in the nation.

Missouri Kansas State Odds (1:30 PM ET): In the Big 12, No.23 Kansas State should be the home favorites against No.7 Mizzou, one of a handful of unbeaten teams left in college hoops.

Marquette Syracuse Odds (4:00 PM ET): In another Big East encounter, top-ranked Syracuse looks to run their home winning streak to 15 games against the No.20 Golden Eagles, who have been struggling as of late and may fall out of the rankings.

NBA Betting

Knicks Pistons Odds (7:30 PM ET): It’s tough for those who work with to guess who the favorite will be in this NBA contest, as Detroit is a pitiful team, but they can be decent at home. Even though it is still early in the season, the Knicks have to be considered the disappointments of the season so far and it’s on both ends with an offense that doesn’t move the ball, and a defense that still can’t stop anyone despite having Tyson Chandler.

NHL Odds

Canucks Bruins Odds (1:00 PM ET): The Canucks were the best team in the NHL last season, until they ran into a Boston team that bullied their way to the Stanley Cup, which set off riots in Vancouver after Game 7. The Canucks head to Boston for a matinee on Saturday in what should be an interesting game to watch, and you should check it out if you’re a serious player.
