Sports Betting – A Look At Saturday’s Wagering Ticket

With no more news to worry about, sports betting players can focus on other things, although there is still some hockey to wager on this Saturday. However, the day is anchored by hoops action from the NBA and NCAA, while combat sports fill out the night.

NBA Odds

Timberwolves Trailblazers Odds (10:00 PM ET): In a meeting of Western Conference All-Stars at power forward, Kevin Loves leads Minnesota into a contest in Portland against LaMarcus Aldridge’s Trailblazers.

College Basketball Betting

Louisville Syracuse Odds (4:00 PM ET): The No.2 Orangemen should be the favorite at places like against the No.19 Cardinals in a Big East affair that should impact seeding in the conference tournament.

North Carolina Duke Odds (7:00 PM ET): The No.4 Blue Devils should be home favorites against the No.6 Tar Heels with the ACC regular-season title on the line at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Expect another classic along the lines of the first meeting at North Carolina.

Georgetown Marquette Odds (2:00 PM ET): The No.8 Golden Eagles try to bounce back from a loss as they host the No.11 Hoyas in another Big East affair that players should check out.

NHL Odds

Maple Leafs Canadiens Odds (7:00 PM ET): Even though these Original Six rivals are struggling mightily, it’s always an occasion when Toronto and Montreal clash on the ice, this time at the Bell Centre.

Sabres Canucks Odds (10:00 PM ET): Buffalo’s Ryan Miller hasn’t been back to Vancouver since the 2010 gold-medal game, in which his United States team lost Roberto Luongo’s Canada in overtime, so goaltending will be a fascinating aspect of this game.

Boxing Betting

Klitschko Mormeck Odds (10:00 PM ET): Wladimir Klitschko is a massive favorite to defend his five heavyweight belts against Jean-Marc Mormeck in Germany as he hasn’t lost a fight since April 2004, so players that work with should be leaning towards the champion in this bout.

MMA Odds

Strikeforce Odds (8:00 PM ET): The women take the spotlight in Saturday night’s Strikeforce event in Columbus, and Meisha Tate is a large underdog to defend her 135-pound title against Ronda Rousey, who has a bronze medal in judo from the Olympics to go with a few other honors, but she would love to add the Strikeforce belt to her list of accomplishments. The heavyweight grand-prix match between Josh Barnett and Daniel Cormier had to be cancelled because of Cormier’s hand injury, but the women should be able to put on a show as both have exciting styles and this should be an intriguing matchup for those looking to make a wager in their book on Saturday night.
