Sports Betting Online – A Look At Thursday’s Wagering Slate

The is on Thursday afternoon, but it’ll have to share the spotlight with games in the NBA and the NHL, but first, a small college basketball tournament you may have heard of before tips off on Thursday as well.

March Madness Betting

Colorado State Murray State Odds (12:15 PM ET): Murray State is a sixth seed and a would show they were the last team to lose in the regular season; they’ll be a 4.5-point favorite over the No.11 Rams.

Davidson Louisville Odds (1:40 PM ET): No.4 Louisville is favored by 7.5-points over a No.13 Davidson team that many experts are picking for a huge March Madness upset in the first round.

BYU Marquette Odds (2:45 PM ET): The No.3 Golden Eagles are a 5.5-point favorite against the No.14 Cougars, who are in the Tournament because they roared back from a 25-point deficit to stun Iona in a play-in game on Tuesday.

West Virginia Gonzaga Odds (7:20 PM ET): In another looming upset, No.10 West Virginia is a 1-point underdog against No.7 Gonzaga in a game that is much closer than a lot of people think.

UConn Iowa State Odds (9:20 PM ET): Finally, the defending champions from Connecticut found it a struggle just to get into the Tournament, and the No.9 Huskies are 1.5-point favorites against the No.8 Cyclones, who were one of the biggest surprises of the season.

NBA Odds

Thunder Mavericks Odds (9:00 PM ET): Speaking of defending champions, Dallas won the Western Conference last season and went on to take the league title, but this season, a lot of cappers that use have Oklahoma City as the favorites to at least come out of the West. The two will square off Thursday night in “Big D”.

Suns Clippers Odds (10:30 PM ET): If you’re a fan of point-guard play, the NBA is as stacked at that position as it has been for a long time, possibly ever, and two of the best go toe-to-toe on Thursday night as Steve Nash leads his Phoenix Suns into the Staples Center to face Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers.

NHL Betting

Penguins Rangers Odds (7:00 PM ET): This would be a huge matchup anyway as the Rangers are running away with the Eastern Conference, and these two are Atlantic Division rivals that don’t like each other anyway. But all that will be overshadowed by the return of Pittsburgh captain Sidney Crosby, who has had concussion issues for over a year now, and scored 12 points in eight games in a brief return earlier this year. There are plenty of hockey storylines to follow if you’re a sharp.
