La Tech -5; This is the Warriors 3rd game on the mainland it is taking a toll on them by watching them fall apart late in the 4th quarter. My preseason rankings have La Tech about 30 spots better than Hawaii and I look at the inferior competition that La Tech played where they played Auburn tight for 3 quarters, then Navy tight for a half, where UNLV is a quality opponent for Hawaii as that is underrated team. Hawaii's weakness is their defense and it will show as Porter, all all WAC performer, will run run run opening up the pass. They will keep Hawaii high flying attack off the field and make some opportune plays on defense and coast to a 10+ point win. La Tech needs this game starting with high hopes, now 1-2 on season, but they got their act together against a lesser opponent in Nichols St. I also look at the total in this game and with it being in 50s says that Hawaii doesnt make this a shoot out type game. I believe it will be a 27-17 type game with La Tech getting a big home win on national tv.
