My “Cutting Room Floor” plays are the situations I considered the closest to being worthy of investment but did not make the “final cut” for my official plays today for subscribers. The last play I cut for Monday is with the Tennessee Titans plus the points versus the Baltimore Ravens. Tennessee (0-3) remains winless this season after their 12-7 loss on the road in New York against the Giants as a 2.5-point underdog on Sunday. The Titans have covered the point spread in 5 of their last 7 games after losing three games in a row. And while first-year head coach Robert Saleh has a 23-35 ATS mark in his head coaching career mostly with the New York Jets, those Jets teams covered the point spread in 9 of their 13 games played in October which suggests his ability to make adjustments after the first month of the season. Baltimore (2-1) comes off a 34-31 last second victory against Dallas on Sunday in that game played in Brazil as a 3-point favorite. The Ravens return home where they have failed to cover the point spread in 8 of their last 10 games. They have also covered the point spread in 10 of their last 16 games when favored. The Tuesday MLB Comp play is on the Atlanta Braves at 2:10 eastern. The Braves take on the Phils and have Sale going. The Panthers and Canes open the season on ESPN and the Panthers have value. It was a down year last season for Florida, who battled injuries from day 1. They’re healthy and have all their key weapons back to make a run. This is a typical spot to fade the defending cup champions as well, as they’ll raise the banner for their Stanley Cup championship last season. It’ll be an emotional day and the Panthers will look to come out and make a statement early this season. At plus money, they’re the move. Locking this in early. The Fever were blown out in the opener of this series on Sunday as they had no answers for A’ja Wilson. We’ll call for them to bounce back on Tuesday as the scene shifts to Indiana for Game 2. Las Vegas enters this contest in uncharted territory already, having won a season-high eight straight games. Indiana, meanwhile, has lost back-to-back contests. That matches its longest losing skid of the season. I certainly don’t expect the Aces to shoot the lights out again here. Look for the Fever to stave off elimination. Take Indiana (8*).

Our selection is on the Las Vegas Aces/Indiana Fever to finish OVER the total on Monday at 6:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Las Vegas dominated Game One, winning 102-85 behind A’ja Wilson’s 38 points and 16 rebounds.

The Aces will try and finish the series on the road in Game Two, with another strong offensive showing.

Indiana isn’t in the best form, allowing 188 points over it’s L2 games now.

The OVER is hitting at a 60.0% rate for the Fever this season which is the highest rate out of any team.

For my best free pick on the board for Tuesday in the NHL I am looking at the Florida Panthers at the Carolina Hurricanes. Hurricanes are a team that everyone loves to bet as they are perceived to be the top team in the NHL. I love plus money plays in the NHL and this one has the most value on opening night next to my premium selection. Panthers have owned the Hurricanes winning 6 of the last 8 head to head. That domination continues here on Tuesday Night.
