Berrios has been up and down through his 4 starts, but he’s had some success against the Mariners in his career. He has a solid ERA of just 3.18 over 9 career starts against Seattle. They’re playing with such confidence and momentum heading into the postseason. Los Angeles finished as the 3 seed and while this team has the firepower offensively, they are such a force defensively. They gave up just 112 ppg this year and they have the ability to lock down on any team. Milwaukee and Indiana meet in one of the more intriguing first round matchups and this is a great spot on the over. Both of these teams love to play with a ton of tempo and this is going to result in a lot of back and forth action. The Pacers averaged 117.4 ppg and they play one of the quickest paces in the NBA. Milwaukee matches that speed and they finished the season with performances of 136, 125, and 140. This is going to be a game with a lot of quick shots and plenty of transition buckets. Colorado is the move here as they head into Dallas. The Stars have absolutely no momentum as they’re struggling to figure things out on both ends of the ice. They have dropped 7 straight and right now it’s been a debacle trying to slow teams down. They allowed at least 3 goals in every one of those 7 losses and Colorado is going to attack them from many different angles. This is too nice of a price to pass up on given the direction both teams are heading in. Back the Avs.

The Pistons are the move here as they catch a lot of points against the Knicks. Injuries have been a downfall of this Knicks side all season long as they just can't seem to stay healthy. They are going to have their issues with gritty Pistons team that was a huge surprise this season. Detroit has grinded out games against some good teams all season long and they Cade Cunningham is going to be the difference. His presence on both ends of the floor is a handful and this team leans on his energy. Detroit will keep this close and they'll have their chances to steal it outright. Back Detroit.
